CLIENT PORTAL

Updated August 16, 2021 – SARS COVID-19 Cleaning, Sanitation and Safety Protocols

Per local mandate, masks are required indoors by all clients in the med spa common areas regardless of their vaccination status or 6 feet social distancing.  Clients may remove masks when in closed-door treatment rooms.  To mitigate the spread of the virus, guests are not permitted in the med spa at this time.

Your health and safety are our top priority! Glo de Vie Med Spa continually monitors the status of COVID-19 in our community and heed the latest recommendations and requirements set forth by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local health authorities. All protocols are subject to change.

Staff Protocols

Masks are required for Staff Members regardless of their vaccination status against SARS COVID-19.

Service Providers will wear one-time use gloves (with handwashing in between clients), antimicrobial scrub uniforms and masks when performing services.

Staff Members will conduct a general health self-assessment daily.  Staff Members health status when exhibiting any two or more symptoms following our “Healthy You” policy and/or have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and said Staff Member will only be permitted in the med spa under the discretion of management.

Client Protocols

Masks are required indoors by all clients in med spa common areas regardless of their vaccination status or 6 feet social distancing.  Clients may remove mask when in closed-door treatment rooms.

Clients are asked to “self-evaluate” their current health status following our “Healthy You” policy prior to entering the med spa for treatment appointment.

Clients not feeling well or exhibiting two or more of the symptoms/or have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher as outlined in our “Healthy You” policy, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to a later date for the protection of our staff and other clients.

Clients are advised not to schedule a med spa treatment appointment same day of a prescheduled vaccination against SARS COVID-19.

All clients post vaccination for SARS COVID-19 that may become immunocompromised and/or experiencing any adverse health symptoms in general are asked to reschedule their appointment to a later date per our “Healthy You” policy.  This will not only ensure your health, safety, well-being, and treatment efficacy, but that you receive a true, relaxing experience at your med spa visit.

Regarding cosmetic dermal filler injectables; clients are advised to wait 2 weeks prior to first dose of vaccination and 2 weeks after final dose of vaccination against SARS COVID-19 before proceeding with treatment.
